Praying VS Meditation

Both praying and meditation are equally important!

Praying and meditation are equally important because they serve complementary roles in spiritual and emotional well-being, each providing unique benefits that support a holistic approach to inner growth and connection. Prayer is often seen as talking to God, where one expresses gratitude, seeks guidance, or asks for help. It’s an active form of communication that reinforces faith, builds a relationship with the divine, and allows for the outpouring of emotions and thoughts. Meditation, on the other hand, is about listening—creating a space of stillness to receive answers, insights, and a deeper connection to one’s inner self and divine wisdom. Together, they create a complete conversation: speaking to and listening for God’s responses.

Praying engages the heart and mind, expressing faith, surrender, and trust, bringing comfort and assurance. Meditation supports this by calming the mind, allowing for reflection, and centering the spirit. This partnership encourages clarity and presence, deepening one’s spiritual understanding and fostering a balanced state of mind. Through prayer, faith is strengthened by affirming beliefs, seeking strength, and reinforcing hope. Meditation complements this by nurturing inner peace, reducing stress, and providing spiritual grounding, ensuring that the mind is not only full of hope but also remains calm and focused to face life’s challenges.

Both practices are powerful tools for emotional release and healing. Prayer allows for an open expression of fears, joys, worries, and desires, while meditation offers the space to reflect and let emotions settle, promoting deeper understanding and release of built-up feelings. Together, they align one’s spirit with a higher purpose—prayer guides with divine insight, while meditation provides the clarity to understand and implement that guidance. This combination fosters alignment with one’s true path and enhances personal empowerment, as prayer nurtures trust in a higher power and meditation cultivates self-awareness and resilience. The synergy of praying and meditation empowers individuals to navigate life’s complexities with greater wisdom, peace, and grace, leading to a balanced and fulfilling spiritual journey.

Think About What Your Thinking About

Think about what your thinking about!

The only things we can control in life are our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. If we can manage those, we can achieve our goals and gain success in life. To have this level of control, we need to learn about the science-based patterns behind our emotions and thoughts, and how to manage them. If we know how our minds work, we can be intentional about our thinking and feeling patterns. The first step to gaining true self love, joy and happiness is to first access what we are thinking and feeling on a daily. Meditation doesn't always have to be at a certain time. It's a constant self evolving journey.

Your Mind is Your Instrument

YOUR MIND IS YOUR INSTRUMENT | LEARN TO BE IT'S MASTER.

When we become aware that we don’t have something we want, we naturally experience the emotion of lack from not having what we desire. This is how we begin creating through our imagination. It is our natural instinct to be creators at play. The more we think about these things and imagine what it would be like to have them, the more our brain naturally starts creating pictures and images of what our future could look like. In fact, when we are feeling the emotions of our future-whether that’s gratitude, joy, freedom, abundance, enthusiasm, love, & so on—the creative thoughts in your mind can become the experience. As the body receives the chemical signals of these emotions, essentially the body is receiving the signal that the event has already occurred. It doesn’t know the difference.😉

Inspired Action

Worrying is like worshipping the problem!

The Law of Attraction requires that you take some form of action to make your dream a reality. There is no such thing as getting something for nothing. When manifesting , the action you want to take is an inspired action.

What is inspired action? Inspired action comes from an internal nudge to do something. You have an internal desire to do something. For example, something tells you that you have to call your friend, Kate. You don’t know why you need to call her because you haven't spoken with her in months. But something is urging you to pick up the phone. Following through on that urge may help you manifest your desire. She might have the item you want. She might know someone you need to talk to who will help you achieve your goal.

Inspired action isn’t a plan of action. It isn’t something you think about ahead of time where you create a list of steps to take to making your dream a reality. This is what we were conditioned to believe. But following such a plan wont get you anywhere. The plan may even be hard to follow. But if you stop and listen for the Universe to guide you, to give you that internal direction, and follow through on that guidance, you might find yourself achieving your goal easier and faster than you expected. You might even feel as if a miracle occurred.

Tips: When you take action that is uninspired, you:

-Take action in order to make something happen.

-Spend a lot of time trying to figure out what action to take.

-Research the options and make lists to decide which ones are the best.

-Feel frustrated, overwhelmed and tend to get minimal results.

-Feel weary and depleted. It feels like “work”. It feels like a struggle.

-Don’t want to do it, but you feel that you have to in order to make it happen.

-Are continuously stopped or slowed down by obstacles. Things just don’t -seem to be moving ahead.

Taking action before the inspiration comes is like trying to make toast in the toaster without electricity. You’ve gone through the motions but didn’t connect to the electricity first. You’re taking action when you’re clearly not connected to the current.

When you take an inspired action, you:

-Are moving with the natural flow of your energy.

-Get an idea or impulse to do something that feels easy and comes naturally, often at an unexpected moment.

-Feel excited, enthusiastic – it sounds like fun.

-Feel drawn or called towards it. It appeals to you.

-Don’t have to justify it, it just feels right.

-Feel energized – it doesn’t seem like “work”. The process is enjoyable.

-Make progress quickly and with little effort.

-Are allowing things to happen naturally and letting the Universe orchestrate the events.

Inspired action isn’t always an obvious action step related to your goal or dream and it may not always be clear how it contributes to your success. It might be sleeping in, taking a road trip, having lunch with a friend, or reading a book. It’s simply following what feels good – whatever it is.
